Digital Charles” is just a nickname to represent a real person who is an experienced digital marketer in both agency and client companies for over 12 years in MNC, SME and Startup environments. In fact, he played multiple roles as an entrepreneur, digital marketing consultant and web developer.
He manages the digital marketing elements of different companies’ integrated marketing communication plans, and makes sure that the digital executions are consistent and according to the companies’ overall marketing objectives. With his blend of hands-on technical knowledge and management experience, he is also coordinating with his team to achieve both short-termed and long-termed goals in a large regional company with multiple business units.
Together with his different teams in both client and agency environment, some of the things that they work on are search engine marketing, social media marketing, online advertising, online joint ventures, as well as web development. He has significant project accomplishments such as managing website revamp for seven countries in multiple languages, integrating email marketing system with web content management system, organising digital campaigns, leading the regional web consortium with business units as well as providing training to help web stakeholders in better web executions.
